太赫茲延遲線
在典型的太赫茲(THz)時域光譜系統(tǒng)中,光學延遲線(ODL)裝置可提供高頻率和高精度的光學延遲來實現(xiàn)高精度的太赫茲脈沖重建。相對于一般光學延遲線而言,高速掃描、高精度延遲和良好的線性度是對太赫茲延遲線特有的要求。太赫茲光纖延遲線采用高速運動結構且集成高分辨率光柵尺,以實現(xiàn)上述應用需求。其掃描頻率可達3Hz,光延遲量可達100 ps,延遲分辨率可達0.666 fs??刂齐娐份敵鯰TL時序
