脈沖光調制器
F-tone Networks提供的半導體調制器,是一款高動態(tài)脈沖型強度調制器,主要工作原理是在半導體芯片的兩端鍍有增透膜(AR),這樣當增益區(qū)加載電流時就不會產(chǎn)生反饋激光,而只對輸入光進行放大。當對半導體增益區(qū)進行高速電流調制時,就用會使半導體增益工作在脈沖放大模式。依據(jù)其工作原理F-tone Networks開發(fā)出一款高速脈沖調制半導體放大器,采用特殊電流波形管理使其輸入電脈沖波形高度還原至調制光脈沖波形,調制消光比高達50dB,豐富軟件功能可設置脈沖寬度與重復頻率,主要用于&OTDR、B OTDR、激光雷達、激光測距、MOPA光纖激光器系統(tǒng)。
