光子晶體光纖(PCF)
產品介紹
光子晶體光纖采,又稱為微結構或多孔光纖,其主要特征是沿光纖長度方向,在純石英基底材料上規(guī)律的排列著二維的貫穿孔或摻雜區(qū)。根據導光機理不同,光子晶體光纖可以分為全內反射(TIR)型光子晶體光纖和光子帶隙(PBG)型光子晶體光纖。由于光子晶體光纖結構特殊,并且采用特殊制作工藝,例如管棒堆積法,這極大拓展了光纖在設計和制作上的自由度。根據不同的光纖設計,光子晶體光纖可具備以下特征中的一個或幾個:無截止單模傳輸,超大單模模場直徑,范圍可調的色散特性,很高的非線性系數,優(yōu)異的雙折射特性以及空心波導傳輸等。這些與普通單模光纖相比具有的獨特優(yōu)良性能使得光子晶體光纖在超連續(xù)寬帶光源、光纖激光器、放大器、高性能激光傳輸,氣體/液體傳感等領域有著無與倫比的優(yōu)勢。
