射頻光電模塊用于將射頻信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)為光信號(hào),通過(guò)光纖傳輸,接收端再將光信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成射頻信號(hào),其距離長(zhǎng)、帶寬高、響應(yīng)平坦,使用于通信及雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)。衛(wèi)星通信中,點(diǎn)到點(diǎn)的天線可以通過(guò)此設(shè)備將射頻信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)為光信號(hào),通過(guò)光纖連接至幾米到幾千米的控制室外。廣播信號(hào)也可以將RF信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)為光信號(hào)通過(guò)光纖傳輸。雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)可以通過(guò)此方式將雷達(dá)天線和信號(hào)室進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)距離連接。射頻光電模塊根據(jù)帶寬的不同,有8GHz,15GHz,20GHz不同射頻帶寬的產(chǎn)品,另有3GHz, 2.4GHz, 1.5GHz等低頻段,根據(jù)需要,可選擇單向和雙向傳輸系統(tǒng)。
