FT-DFB-xx-xx-SM-M-WT型可調諧激光器模塊是為光纖無源器件測試、光譜分析檢驗、光纖傳感等應用設計的低成本可調諧分布反饋式(DFB)半導體激光模塊。模塊工作在連續(xù)發(fā)光(CW)模式下,通過電位器可實現激光器工作溫度與驅動的電流的模擬調節(jié),可實現輸出光功率與輸出光波長的精密調節(jié)。模塊內置高精度溫度控制電路與自動功率APC(或恒流源ACC)驅動電路,波長鎖定線路(依據激光器規(guī)格可選配),使得模塊具有高波長穩(wěn)定性與功率穩(wěn)定性。內置靜電(ESD)防護、過流/過壓保護等完善的安全使用設計,嚴格的工藝控制與測試流程保證了產品可長期可靠運行。 |
